Sweepsfolio is a personal recordkeeping and analytics tool for tracking sweepstakes and social-casino activity. It is provided for informational purposes only.
By creating an account, accessing the app, or continuing to use the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Sweepsfolio.
Eligibility and lawful use
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to use Sweepsfolio.
You are responsible for making sure your use of sweepstakes, social-casino, rewards, and related services is legal where you live and consistent with the rules of every third-party platform you use.
No gambling, legal, tax, or financial advice
Sweepsfolio does not provide legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, gambling advice, investment advice, or any guarantee of winnings, profit, eligibility, or compliance.
Any summaries, estimates, analytics, reminders, or recommendations in the app are educational tools only and should not be treated as professional advice.
Independent service
Sweepsfolio is not a casino, sportsbook, payment processor, or rewards provider, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any third-party site unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- We do not control third-party promotions, balances, redemptions, verification requirements, or account decisions.
- Third-party sites can change their own rules, availability, redemptions, or terms at any time.
Your account and your data
You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the information you enter or import into the app.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
No warranty or guaranteed accuracy
Sweepsfolio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, or suitable for your specific needs.
Use at your own risk
You assume all risk arising from your use of the service, your reliance on any output, and your participation in any third-party sweepstakes, casino, gaming, rewards, or promotional activity.

Suspension and termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Sweepsfolio at any time, with or without notice, if we believe it is necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address abuse or risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sweepsfolio and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, winnings, business, goodwill, data, or opportunities arising from or related to the service.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sweepsfolio and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the service, your data, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rules.
